A story of a famous doctor in ancient China as follows:

One day, the king praise Pian Qie (a very famous doctor at the times) for his great achievement of saving many serious ill people lives. The king recognized that Pian Qie is the best doctor in the world.

Pian Qie, replied in a humbled way to the King," Hi, my dear highness, I am not the best doctor. I can only cure those serious ill people."

Pian Qie continued tell his king," My second brother is better than me, he can cure the patient before their disease getting worse. But nobody knows he is actually better than me."

"But, i think my eldest brother is the best doctor among 3 of us. He can cure the patient before the disease occur, he has helped many people prevent from getting sick. But, he is not famous!"

"So, my dear Highness, now who you think is the best doctor?"

This is very interesting story I wish to share ... I feel the the best doctor is not the doctor that can cure us but is the doctor teach us prevention.

In my opinion, in daily life, our immune system is our best doctor that have safeguard us from numerous attack. Why we still sick is because we don't know how to maintain our immune system in a good condition.
